*Refer an employee (not already in the BluChip Solutions database) who works for BluChip on a contract assignment and your bonus will be paid after they work 300 hours. Refer an employee who is placed in a direct hire (full-time) job and you will be paid 90 days after the start date at the client organization. If you are an employee at the time of bonus pay out, your bonus will be paid on your next regular check. For direct hire referrals, client must have paid invoice for referral bonus to be paid.
